Mrs Kelso's Year 5 class have enjoyed having Mrs Cuddy coming to teach them. They have learning about the 'Zones of Regulation' and the different feelings associated with each zone. They learnt it's ok to feel all these different ways but what's important i how we react to these feelings. Mrs Cuddy gave us lots of useful tips and tricks on how to help ourselves and others! Well done Year 5!
