This week, Year 5 have been exploring Venn diagrams—and having a fantastic time doing it! After practising in the classroom, we decided to take our learning outside and make the most of the playground space.
Working in teams, the children drew large Venn diagrams on the playground and selected numbers between 1 and 99 to sort into the correct circles. It was wonderful to see them discussing, reasoning, and collaborating as they decided where each number belonged.
The pupils showed excellent teamwork, problem‑solving skills, and plenty of enthusiasm. Well done, Year 5—great work!
