This term, Year 5 are exploring the exciting world of Marvelous Machines. To kick things off, pupils took part in a carousel activity, rotating around different stations designed to spark curiosity and inspire questions for future research.
The stations covered a wide range of themes — from the human body and healthy eating, to power sources, pulleys, wedges and gears, and even technology pioneers like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.
The activity encouraged pupils to think, ask questions, and begin forming ideas for their own investigations. Judging by the enthusiasm in the classroom, Year 5 are ready to dive into this fascinating topic with energy and creativity!
