Year 5 have been thoroughly enjoying their exciting new topic, Location, Location, Location!
To help us learn about the world, the children have been singing a catchy 7 continents song, which has been a fun way to remember their names and locations. There has been lots of enthusiasm and great recall already!
As part of our lessons, pupils also took part in a fun activity using a globe. They enjoyed throwing the globe to each other and identifying the different continents where their hands landed. This helped to build confidence and develop their geographical knowledge in an active and engaging way.
It’s been a fantastic start to the topic, with lots of energy, participation and smiles all around—well done, Year 5!
