Year 5 had a brilliant time celebrating World Book Day! We kicked off the day by joining a live BBC World Book Day lesson, packed with exciting activities and inspiring ideas about reading and storytelling.
The children then used Adobe Express to create fantastic mood boards showcasing their favourite book characters. They loved exploring colours, images, and key themes to bring their chosen characters to life in a creative and imaginative way.
We also made a start on decorating our classroom doors for next week’s big competition—and they’re already looking amazing! 👀✨
