Year 5 Celebrate Well?Being Week
As part of Well‑Being Week, our Year 5 pupils took time to reflect on gratitude and the positive things in their lives. Each child was given their very own “Thankful Tree” and carefully filled every leaf with something they were thankful for.
The children wrote thoughtful and heartfelt ideas, including God, family, friends, their homes, school, teachers and toys, along with many other personal reflections. It was wonderful to see how unique and meaningful each tree became.
This activity encouraged pupils to pause, reflect and appreciate the small and big blessings around them. Their completed Thankful Trees now make a colourful and uplifting display, reminding us all of the importance of gratitude and well‑being.
Well done, Year 5, for embracing the week with such enthusiasm and positivity!
