Year 4 visit the library

Mrs Wilson’s Year 4 pupils had the pleasure of visiting the library, where they were warmly welcomed by Sharon. She gave an insightful introduction to how the library works, including how to find both fiction and non-fiction books. The children then listened to a thought-provoking story about kindness. Afterwards, the children explored the shelves to choose a book to borrow and enjoyed some quiet time reading. Their enthusiasm, excellent behaviour, and lovely manners were a credit to themselves and to our school — well done, Year 4!
