As part of our World War Two topic, Year 4 have been learning all about the Dig for Victory campaign. To bring history to life, we rolled up our sleeves and got planting in the polytunnel! The children sowed cress seeds, learning how people during the war grew their own food to support the war effort.
A huge thank you to our wonderful Parents and Friends group for generously providing all the materials and equipment. Your support helped make this activity a meaningful and memorable experience for the children.
