Year 3 had a fantastic start to their new World Around Us topic, “Home Sweet Home.” Pupils took part in an exciting carousel activity, moving around different stations and exploring a variety of photographs and items linked to the theme.
Working in teams, the children enjoyed studying the images, discussing what they could see, and asking thoughtful questions about the places and ideas they’d like to learn more about throughout this topic. Their curiosity and enthusiasm shone through at every station!
It was a brilliant way to spark interest and inspire lots of discussion—and we’re looking forward to seeing where this learning journey takes them next.
