This week was Children’s Mental Health Week and, as part of being a Take 5 school, Year 2 take part in Circle Time every Monday. The children enjoy sharing what they did at the weekend, talking about their feelings, and listening to one another in a safe and supportive space.
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, each child was given the name of a classmate hidden inside a love heart. They wrote something kind about that person or shared what they enjoy doing with them. What a lovely way to celebrate friendship and spread kindness!
