Well being week in Year 1

As part of mental health week for children we have been exercising our minds and our bodies. On Monday morning we had a jog around the Muga pitch and then some strenuous exercises! We also did some movement breaks which we just love to do with our online instructor, Danny. These movements help us to get our brains ready to concentrate on our work. We also did some mindfulness by breathing in and out and pretending that we were going up and down on a rollercoaster.

 On Tuesday we give each other a compliment as we realise the importance of being kind to one another.
