Wee Critters visit Year 3

16th May 2026

Alan from Wee Critters visited Year 3 and brought an exciting variety of animals for the children to learn about. He introduced a tarantula, a snake, a toad, an armadillo and a katydid, which captured everyone’s curiosity and attention. Alan explained what each animal eats, where they come from in the world, and how they help the environment in positive ways, such as controlling pests and supporting healthy ecosystems. The children really enjoyed learning about these unusual creatures and gained a better understanding of how important animals are to our planet.
