Our Year 2 classes transformed into Jungle explorers during Numeracy! Working in pairs, the children ventured into our “Jungle” forest area to hunt for different Jungle animals. Once they found three animals, they used them to create their own 3-digit addition sums before heading back out to discover three more and make another sum.
Despite the rain, we embraced the adventure, it only made our Jungle experience feel even more realistic!
