Year 4s started the REACH programme this week which helps them to identify their feelings and teaches them strategies to help them with BIG feelings. We played ‘Rock, paper, scissors’ to warm up and then used playdough to help us think about things that brought us joy and things that made us feel scared or sad. We really enjoyed our first session!
