Today, our Boys’ Hockey Team performed brilliantly at the Pearson Cup Qualifiers held at Cookstown Hockey Club. The boys were outstanding throughout the tournament, showing superb teamwork, determination, and skill—finishing the day with an impressive total of 26 goals.
They topped their group before securing a well deserved victory over Donaghmore PS in the semi final, setting up a thrilling final against Moneymore PS. In a closely contested match, both sides created several chances, but it was Cookstown who finally broke the deadlock and went on to win convincingly.
The team will now advance to the Pearson Cup Finals Day in April at Playball, Stormont.
