Today, our girls hockey team participated in the Tri-County Tournament held at Cookstown High School.
Our girls played brilliantly and finished the group stage with 3 wins against Donaghey P.S., Ballytrea P.S. & Castledawson P.S., 3 draws and 1 loss. Unfortunately, our girls just missed out on a place in the Semi-Finals but we are so proud of each one of them and their superb efforts.
Unfortunately, today was tinged with sadness as for our Year 7’s it was their last hockey match for the school. We thank them for all their hard work, dedication and effort over the past few years and look forward to hearing about their hockey exploits in the future.
