The EA’s SEND Central helpdesk has evolved to further streamline access to our important SEND Support Services. When you call 028 9031 7777, you will be asked to select one of three options.
Press option 1 – if you require advice or information specific to a child or young person that is going through the Statutory Assessment process or already has a Statement of SEN.
Press option 2 – to speak to an operator who will either resolve your SEND related query or transfer you to a specialist for further assistance.
Press option 3 – if you need with our Educational Psychology Service.
SEND Central is open for calls Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm.
